Senator John Kerry, along with Governor Deval Patrick and Congressmen Jim McGovern and Richard Neal, today announced that Massachusetts will receive $35,591,333 to develop more cost-effective and transferable Health Insurance Exchanges that will help individuals and small employers shop for, select, and enroll in high-quality, affordable private health plans that fit their individual needs.
